Hotel Ambassador Vienna

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because it provides evening meetings of journalists which later emerge as the journalists' and authors' association Concordia, formed in 1859. The generously proportioned workspace, 24-hour internet access, and the accomplished business service make it eminently possible to conduct business meetings in the hotel itself.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms.

I always return for the exceptional service and comfort. The staff's kindness offering a cold drink on my first visit still lingers. The amenities, including Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a lounge, perfectly suit my needs. Perfect for my city breaks.

It's a perfect hotel with savoury breakfast, the location is fantastic right off the main shopping mall.

This hotel is just luxurious and definitely worth the money. the exclusive amenities are wonderful, especially the garden area where we enjoyed a lovely evening walk. the room advantages were amazing, from the comfortable bed to the huge bathroom. the restaurant was delicious and the in-room breakfast was such a treat. the bar/lounge area was comfortable and inviting. the buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and the special diet menus were greatly appreciated.

The only minor issue we encountered was some confusion with the elevator and floor numbers. this was easily resolved with the help of the friendly staff.

The venue is placed in a very central position within walking distance of most museums etc.

It was a brilliant base for shopping, had really great time. The room was elegant with radiators rather than forced air central heating. The bonus was great room decor and superb bar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this historic venue, where renowned musicians like Beethoven and Hummel once composed and performed. The hotel's rich legacy of hosting a diverse array of events over the decades truly impressed us.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel provided a children's play area, catering specifically to families with kids.

Functional hotel with good service in unbeatable location just next door to center of the city and the main pedestrianised shopping strip. Staff were all brilliant and fabulously helpful. Don't forget to explore Innere Stadt district.

Non-smoking rooms plus exceptionally comfortable beds, responsive staff. We got a room with a bidet. Very central location, not too far away from an official residence.

Everything was perfect, yet a few employees where not very good. Incredible and amazing location close to Historic Center of Vienna.

I recently stayed at the hotel for a long weekend in a great location. Just 200 meters from metro stations and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff in the dining room, particularly Tom, made it a special event. The lobby had a grand and interesting design. The staff were always courteous and helpful, and the rooms were large and magnificent, with a modern yet imperial style. It's my first choice whenever I visit. Fantastic value for money.

Stylish place, fairly clean, brand-new rooms and attentive staff. I liked the room with a roof top balcony, the bed was comfortable. It had perfect location easy walk to Imperial Crypt. Shopping centers and a supermarket were right next door.

It was convenient to walk to popular attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and responsive, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. the rooms were well-heated and comfortable, providing a cozy environment to relax in after a long day of exploring.

That some amenities were not readily available in the rooms. For example, there was no hot water kettle, but it was provided upon request.

The winter garden overlooking the famous fountain provided a delightful ambience for a festive dinner. The view was so captivating that it felt like dining in a fairy tale garden. The integrated open view kitchen added an element of excitement, making the whole experience both enchanting and delicious.

Staff friendliness is below expectation.

The location made it easy to get to the Museum Quarter and other major sites in the city center. Quick and convenient transportation by taxi was readily available. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff helped make sure my stay was enjoyable.

Inconvenient parking situation.

This hotel has an ideal location in the heart of the city, very close to all the major tourist attractions and just a short walk to a supermarket and subway station. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean with extremely comfortable beds. The staff provided excellent service with prompt housekeeping and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from.

The hotel had some challenges due to nearby construction, making it difficult to access certain areas of the hotel.
